What moves the price within the range
- How much of the house you light: main roofline only, roofline + garage + gables, or full architectural (columns, entry arch, landscape uplighting).
- Roof height and pitch: two-story and steep gables take more time and safety gear.
- Warm white only or full color.
- Surface condition: if fascia is damaged, we stop, show you, and price the fix in writing before continuing.

Not included / priced separately
- A new exterior outlet, if your home doesn’t have a working one. That’s electrical work, quoted separately.
- Repairs to damaged fascia or trim found during install (priced in writing first).
Deposit & scheduling
- Permanent installs: $500 deposit. Seasonal displays: 50% of the quoted display, taken once the quote exists.
- The deposit holds your install date and comes off your final invoice.
- Cancel more than 7 days before your date → full refund. Inside 7 days, it covers crew time and materials already committed.
- Weather delays: we reschedule at no cost and your deposit carries over.
- We text you a secure deposit link after your quote. Balance due on completion unless your quote says otherwise.
